WHAT IF WE ARE WORKING WITH ANOTHER PLANNER?

No problem! We are thrilled to have many planner partners all over the state that we work with on a regular basis. You can fill out our contact form or have your planner get in touch with us directly.

ARE WE ABLE TO PICK UP OUR RENTALS AND DROP THEM OFF ?

While some items are available for will call, most of our pieces require more than one person to load, transport and set up at your venue. All costs associated with this will be included in your custom quote.

CAN YOU GIVE ME AN IDEA ON PRICING?

All of our pieces are semi to fully custom, so it’s hard for us to give general pricing. We suggest booking a consultation so that our team can learn more about what you are looking for and can build a custom quote. Most seating charts begin at $1000 and most backdrops begin at $550.

WHAT ARE YOUR “SIGNAGE COLLECTIONS”?

We offer semi-custom signage collections that clients can choose from to give a cohesive and branded look to their event. If interested, our sales team will send over the Collections for you to review. Collections can be customized with your specific colors and copy, but not fonts or formatting. Custom Signage is available for an additional fee.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER OUR CONSULTATION CALL?

If you are looking at rentals or semi-custom pieces, our sales team will prepare an itemized quote for you to review. If you want fully custom designs, you will receive a Design Presentation following a $350 deposit payment, outlining the items with mockups, color swatches, font selections and more!

CAN YOU PARTNER WITH OUR STATIONERY DESIGNER?

Of course! If you would like your stationery designer to create the proofs for items like our Melissa Wall seating chart or Sara Pedestals, we are more than happy to collaborate with them. The cost of the rental and vinyl installation will not change.
